Your use of our services is strictly subject to your acceptance of all terms outlined in this Agreement, without exception. Updates to Our Terms
Affilizen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated through a notice posted on the Affilizen website or via email or other communication methods. It is your responsibility to review and stay informed about such updates. Your continued use of our services after being notified of these changes signifies your agreement to the updated Terms of Service.
Eligibility to Use Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our services. This Agreement is invalid where prohibited by law, and any right to access or use the services is revoked in such regions.
By using Affilizen’s services, you confirm and warrant that:
(i)You are an individual (not a corporation or entity) who is at least 18 years of age; (ii) You are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement; (iii) All the registration details you provide are accurate, truthful, and will be kept up-to-date; and (iv) You are legally authorized to access and use our services and accept full responsibility for your use, choices, and actions while using them.
Registration for Specific Services
To access certain services, you may need to register and create an account with a username and password (“Affilizen User ID”). When creating your Affilizen User ID, you agree to the following:
(i) You will not select or use a username intended to impersonate another person;
(ii) You will not use a username that belongs to someone else without proper authorization; and
(iii) You will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account. Affilizen reserves the right to deny or cancel any registration or username at its discretion.
If you access our services through a third-party platform (e.g., "Facebook Connect"), Affilizen may require your username on that platform to match your Affilizen User ID. By linking your third-party account to Affilizen, you consent to the transfer of information from that account to your Affilizen account. You agree to only use accounts you own and not those belonging to any other individual or entity.
User Submission
By using Affilizen’s services, you and other users may share information, including but not limited to posts, images, videos, blogs, and other content (collectively referred to as “User Submissions”). These User Submissions may be visible to other users and may be used by Affilizen to enhance and deliver our services.
When you provide or upload User Submissions to Affilizen, you grant the following rights:
(i) To Affilizen: a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub licensable, and transferable license to use, adapt, modify, reformat, translate, create derivative works from, promote, and redistribute your User Submissions (and any associated intellectual property) in connection with our services and business, including promoting or redistributing content through any media or channels.
(ii) To other users: a non-exclusive license to access, use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your User Submissions through the functionality provided by Affilizen and as permitted under this Agreement.
Please note that this license granted to Affilizen does not affect your ownership of your content or your right to grant additional licenses to others unless explicitly agreed in writing. You remain solely responsible for all User Submissions you upload, post, or share through our services. By doing so, you warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant Affilizen and other users the permissions outlined in this Agreement.
Affilizen does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of User Submissions posted publicly or shared privately. All content accessed or shared through the services is at your own risk, and you are fully responsible for any resulting damage or loss. Additionally, while we strive to create a secure and authentic environment, Affilizen cannot guarantee the identity of other users or the accuracy of the information they provide. Please exercise caution and judgment when interacting with others or relying on User Submissions within our services.

Affilizen’s services, including all software and materials, are protected as collective works and compilations under copyright laws. Except as explicitly permitted in this Agreement, you are prohibited from modifying, selling, creating derivative works from, or exploiting any part of our services.
Personal and Non-Commercial Use
Affilizen’s services and Content are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use, unless explicitly authorized in writing. You may download or copy Content for personal use only, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. You are not allowed to store or reproduce any significant portion of Content without prior written permission from Affilizen or the copyright holder.
Posting and Viewing Guidelines
To maintain a positive and respectful community, you agree to follow these guidelines when posting or viewing User Submissions or Content:
- Any comment posted using your account will be considered as made by you.

- Do not post abusive, obscene, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or offensive material.

If you link to Affilizen’s services, we reserve the right to revoke your linking privileges at any time and may require prior written approval before allowing such links.
Company’s Right to Monitor
While Affilizen is not obligated to monitor User Submissions or activity, we reserve the right to review, block, or remove content at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We may also disable access to User Submissions you have downloaded if deemed necessary. However, Affilizen assumes no responsibility for user-generated content or for the conduct of users posting such content.
Company’s Right to Remove Content
Affilizen retains the right to remove any Content from its services at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion.
No Endorsement
Affilizen does not endorse or guarantee any user-generated blogs, videos, or other User Submissions. You may not imply or state any endorsement or guarantee on behalf of Affilizen without our explicit consent.
Emoticode
Affilizen may offer a Service that allows you to encode a link or URL ("Link") into a digital-icon image, known as "Emoticode." This Emoticode consists of a combination of emoji Unicode characters and alphanumeric values, which you can then publish as part of your content on websites, blogs, applications, or social media accounts ("Emoticode-enabled Content"). Please note that the appearance of the Emoticode may vary depending on the emoji Unicode characters supported by the device you’re using.
As a viewer of Emoticode-enabled Content, you have the option to capture the Emoticode by taking a screenshot on your device and then using our Services to identify and follow the URL embedded in the Emoticode, directing you to the linked content.
Usage Restrictions
You are permitted to use Emoticode exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms of Service, unless you receive written authorization from Affilizen for any other use. If you wish to use Emoticode for commercial purposes, please contact us to discuss your needs.
Link Approval & Guidelines
All Links encoded into Emoticodes are subject to review and approval by Affilizen, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to impose use guidelines and modify them as needed. Any updates to these guidelines will be communicated through notices posted on our website or via email. By using the Services, you agree to comply with any guidelines provided.
Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from using Emoticode for third-party affiliate links or encoding links to products enabled by third-party affiliates. If we discover that you are using Emoticode with unauthorized third-party Links, we reserve the right to remove or modify those Links, at our discretion, without prior notice. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Affilizen’s Intellectual Property and Limited Licenses
The technology and software that power our Services are the exclusive property of our company. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services and the software underlying them strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes. This license allows you to use the Services as provided by Affilizen in accordance with these terms.
This license does not grant you the right to commercially exploit any part of the Service or their content. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, renting, leasing, loaning, selling, assigning, distributing, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from the technology or software underlying the Services.
All rights to product names, company names, trade names, logos, service marks, trade dress, slogans, product packaging, and designs belonging to Affilizen, its affiliates, or third-party partners—whether or not they appear with a trademark symbol—are exclusively owned by Affilizen or their respective owners. These assets are protected under national and international trademark and copyright laws, safeguarding them against reproduction, imitation, dilution, or any misleading or unauthorized use. The misuse of Affilizen’s trademarks or materials, except as explicitly permitted in these terms, is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities and Restrictions
To ensure a secure and respectful environment, we prohibit any actions that violate the integrity of Affilizen’s Services or the rights of its users. By using our platform, you agree not to:
Engage in Fraud or Illegal Activities
Conduct any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful behavior.
Attempt Unauthorized Access
Post, transmit, or facilitate communication or solicitation designed to steal passwords, accounts, or private information from any Affilizen user.
Compromise Security
Use the Services to breach any computer network’s security, crack passwords or encryption codes, or store or transfer illegal materials, including those that are threatening or obscene.
Engage in Spam or Overburden the System
Operate any Mail list, Listserv, auto-responder, or other spam-related processes on the Services, or initiate any activity that disrupts the proper functioning of the platform or places undue strain on its infrastructure.
Deploy Unauthorized Scraping Tools
Use any manual or automated software, devices, or processes (such as "crawlers" or "spiders") to scrape, access, or extract Content from the Services.
Reverse Engineer or Tamper
Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code of Affilizen’s Services, or remove, obscure, or alter any notices, links, or features, including links to Affilizen’s Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.
Exploit Content Unlawfully
Access, display, distribute, or otherwise use any Content through unauthorized technologies or means. Violating any of these restrictions may result in the immediate termination of your access to Affilizen’s Services. Affilizen reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including reporting such activities to law enforcement. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement officials or agencies in investigating and addressing any unauthorized or unlawful use of the platform.
User Obligations
As a user of Affilizen, you are fully responsible for your actions while engaging with our Services. This includes the following responsibilities:
Securing Necessary Equipment
You must obtain and maintain any required devices or services to access or use Affilizen, including but not limited to modems, hardware, software, and internet or telephone services.
Ensuring Compatibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment and services are fully compatible with Affilizen’s platform.
Protecting Your Systems
Take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your devices, systems, and property from potential threats like viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful software or codes. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for withholding, filing, and reporting all applicable taxes, duties, and government assessments related to your activities while using Affilizen’s Services.
International Use
The Services are provided by Affilizen from its facilities in China. Affilizen does not guarantee that the Services are suitable or accessible for use in other regions. Individuals who choose to access or utilize the Services from outside China do so at their own discretion and are solely responsible for adhering to applicable local laws. Any software made available through the Services, along with the transmission of relevant data, is governed by China’s export control regulations. Software cannot be downloaded from the Services or exported/re-exported in contravention of China’s export control laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The content, services and products offered, purchased, or otherwise obtained through Affilizen websites, applications, and any associated software are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. They come without any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or completeness of content, non-infringement, the availability or quality of any products or services provided via the Services, or assurances that access to or use of the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Without limiting the general scope of the above, Affilizen makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of product descriptions displayed on the Services or recommendations and suggestions for products or services offered or purchased through the Services. Any products or services purchased (whether based on recommendations or otherwise) are provided "AS IS" without any warranty from Affilizen, unless explicitly and unambiguously stated in writing by a designated third party specific to a product.
The Services may contain or direct you to third-party websites with content that some users may find objectionable or inappropriate. Affilizen makes no assurances about the content accessed through the Services and will not be held responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or appropriateness of materials found therein. Under no circumstances shall Affilizen be liable for any content, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or any losses or damages resulting from the use of, or exposure to, any content posted, transmitted, emailed, or otherwise made available through the Services.
Affilizen has no fiduciary duty with you. You acknowledge that Affilizen has no control over, and no obligation to act on, matters such as: which users access the Services; the content you encounter through the Services (including harmful elements like viruses, malware, or user-generated material); the effects of such content on you; how you interpret or use the content; or any actions you take as a result of exposure to the content.

The Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using our Services, you agree to accept and be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Electronic Communications
By using our Services or sending emails to us, you are engaging in electronic communication with us. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. These communications may include email, notices posted on our Services, "push" mobile notifications, or other methods. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written communication and, where applicable, constitute enforceable and binding terms or amendments to this Agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affilizen, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or demands (including, but not limited to, damages, liabilities, settlements, costs, and attorneys' fees) made by any third party arising from your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, or any infringement of intellectual property or other rights by you or any third party using your account.
GDPR
Rights Applicable to EU Users
Consent: We rely on your consent to use (i) technical information such as cookie and geo-location data and (ii) your Personal Information for marketing purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us through the information provided in this Privacy Policy or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing communication you receive. (iv) For any matters outside Affilizen's reasonable control.
In certain jurisdictions, Affilizen may be held liable for its own negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct under specific circumstances.
Fees and Payment
Affilizen reserves the right to charge fees for certain Services. You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Services for any selected offerings. Affilizen retains the right to modify its pricing structure or introduce new fees at any time, with prior notice provided to you. Notification may be delivered through our websites, via email, or by postal mail. Your continued use of the Services after such notification signifies your acceptance of the updated or additional charges. Affilizen does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, policies, or opinions expressed on any third-party websites. Furthermore, Affilizen does not monitor, verify, censor, or edit the content of any third-party site. By accessing the Services, you expressly release and hold harmless Affilizen from any and all liability arising from your use of third-party websites.
Any interactions, transactions, or relationships you engage in with organizations or individuals discovered through the Services (including, but not limited to, Affilizen retail partners) are solely between you and the respective organizations or individuals. This includes payments, delivery of goods or services, and any associated terms, warranties, or representations.
Release of Liability
You hereby release Affilizen, along with its officers, employees, agents, and successors, from any and all claims, demands, and damages (both actual and consequential) of any kind or nature, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising from or related to: (i) your acquisition or non-acquisition of any Content through the Services, or (ii) any disputes involving third parties and the Services.
Modifications and Terminations
Affilizen reserves the right to modify, discontinue, suspend, or terminate any and all Services at any time without prior notice. This Agreement remains in effect while you use any part of the Services. You may terminate your use of the Services or cancel your membership at any time by following the instructions provided on the Services. Affilizen may also terminate or suspend your access to the Services (or any feature thereof) or your membership at its sole discretion and without prior notice, which may result in the forfeiture and deletion of all data associated with your account. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Services and any associated Content will immediately cease.
Waiver Severability
Failure by either party to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of those or any other rights. Affilizen shall not be held liable for its inability to perform obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communication failures (such as "line-noise" interference). If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be limited or removed to the extent necessary to ensure that the remainder of the Agreement remains in full effect and enforceable.
No Partnership or Assignment
This Agreement may not be assigned, transferred, or sublicensed by you without prior written approval from Affilizen. However, Affilizen reserves the right to transfer, assign, or delegate this Agreement, including its rights and obligations, without requiring your consent. Section headings are provided for your convenience and have no legal significance or influence on the interpretation of the provisions they precede. This Agreement does not establish any form of agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship, and you have no authority to bind Affilizen in any capacity.
Provisions That Survive
Any provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, are intended to remain in effect after the conclusion of performance, cancellation, or termination of this Agreement, including but not limited to ownership clauses, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability, shall continue to remain in effect.
